Welcome to Little Havana Shop. By accessing and using our website, littlehavanashop.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchases or using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our services. You also agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.

3. Product Information

We strive to display our products accurately, including colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitors or screen settings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payments

• Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Little Havana Shop. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

• Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the correct price or cancel your order.

• Payment: We accept payments through various payment methods. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

5. Shipping

 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON DOMESTIC ORDERS $125 AND OVER

WE OFFER FREE RETURNS ON SELECT ITEMS.

* Please note, order processing takes 1-2 business days.

Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-2 days. Orders placed after Thursday at 12 PM PST will be shipped the following week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

For Domestic orders please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.

For International orders please allow 10-21 business days to receive your order depending on the shipping method selected.

* Please note, for international orders the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes. These are not included. If you have questions about typical shipping times to your address, please email hola@littlehavanashop.com

 

6. Returns / Exchanges

Some Little Havana Shop products can be returned up to 30 days after date of purchase for a full refund providing the item is in its original condition, with tags still attached. Please check item description to see if the product is eligible for return/refund.

* We do not accept returns on sale items or any items purchased with a promotional code of more than 20%. These items are only eligible for a size exchange or store credit only.

* Items purchased from the sale section are final sale.

 

How Do I Make a Return / Exchange?

 

Domestic Orders

1. Email hola@littlehavanashop.com to receive a FREE return shipping label

2. Fill out the return/exchange form

3. Put filled return/exchange form inside the return item box

4. Affix shipping label outside of the return item box

5. Drop off at courier

* We are unable to accept International Returns

* If you would like to make an exchange, please mark the corresponding item and list the style number/size you would like in exchange.

The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original packaging. Items that have been worn are not eligible for exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Exchanges must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.

7. Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise.

If item was damaged during shipping, you must submit photos of the shipping box and hat box or any other container.

We’ll email you a shipping label for you to return the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items with the original box and packaging. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. All goods must be unworn for exchange or refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Havana Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Little Havana Shop, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our website, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law
